Founded in 1998 by José Pascual and Lenny Krarup, the DJ Awards was created to honour excellence in electronic music with authenticity and integrity. José travelled the world to study the music scene, ensuring the Awards were rooted in the culture rather than commercial interests. For 19 years the ceremony was hosted at Pacha, Ibiza’s most iconic club, before marking its 20th anniversary at Hï Ibiza, the world’s number one club. Through Ibiza Collective and IBZ Entertainment, he has led groundbreaking festivals and events worldwide. With deep industry knowledge and a vast global network, Mark continues to push boundaries in music, entertainment, and brand collaborations.

Ryan is an international DJ, music curator, and production manager known for blending his passion for sound with precision in event execution. Based between Ibiza and London, he has performed at world-renowned venues like Hï Ibiza, Glitterbox, Pacha, Playa Soleil, Pikes (Melonbomb), The Cross, and Secret Garden Party. In 2024, he joined the DJ Awards as Production Manager, helping relaunch the iconic Ibiza ceremony. With a background in media and events, Ryan has delivered high-profile projects for BBC, KISS TV/Radio, Nike, IMG, and IMS, forging invaluable industry connections. Whether commanding festival stages, curating beach vibes, or managing complex productions, he bridges the gap between creative artistry and seamless event execution.

Jules Cameron is an international DJ, social media content creator, presenter and people connector known for having her finger on life's pulse. Jules has worked in communications across multiple industries building an extensive network in the music and events space. Her original sketches have racked up millions of views online and lead to partnerships with global brands. As a DJ she has been setting dance floors alight around the globe, most recently launching various art shows at ME hotels, curating her own successful club night Dig Deep, leading the way for brands such as Gone Rogue, Gilgamesh, Beachouse Ibiza, Meraki, The Box, Discolicious, Brighton 1360, Blue Marlin, Nobu, Secret Garden Party and Pikes Ibiza as well her electric residency at The Cross.

As Admin Manager, he handles logistics, schedules, and team coordination to make sure every moving part of our global events network runs smoothly. Before joining DJ Awards he founded Wolfburgh, a health and wellness brand focused on accessible strength and mobility training and corporate wellness solutions. He has also managed projects for TechAdVenture. With a background in digital marketing and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University, Niall brings a mix of entrepreneurial drive, organisational skill, and hands-on event experience that makes him an integral part of the team.

Julie brings more than 20 years of finance and office management expertise across private sector companies, including over a decade with TechAdVenture and Nation1. Holding Higher National Certificates in both Accounting and Administration & Information Management, she combines precision and reliability with a hands-on, problem-solving approach that keeps the team focused on delivering world-class events.
